When Robb leaves town for one of his week-long business trips, the eating habits of this family have a tendency to change.
For example, we are less apt to sit together and eat a decent meal. This past week, I think we had zero family meals. It was a big dinner fail for sure.
Of course, all three of my kids ended up being either busy or sick on their assigned night to cook dinner. Figures. Kids have the most convenient timing.
I didn’t have any trouble making some treats, though. {I never do.}
This week, I figured it would be a good time to revisit the cream cheese mints. There’s something about the mint flavor that is so refreshing, don’t you think?
And, I made them green, because it’s March.
