Condensed Milk Limeade

A creamy and refreshing citrus drink.
Servings: 4 large glasses

  • 4 limes
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 4 -5 cups water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons condensed milk

  • Wash limes and lemon and rinse thoroughly before using. Remove ends from limes and lemon, and cut into eighths. (Leave skins on!)
  • Place lime and lemon pieces in a blender with water and sugar. If using a high-power blender such as a Blendtec, Vitamix, or Ninja, pulse the mixutre 6-7 times. If using a regular blender, a longer blending time may be needed.
  • Pour mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, and discard the pieces left in the sieve.
  • Add condensed milk, and use a wooden spoon to stir until well-combined.
  • Refrigerate, and serve chilled.

Try to choose limes with thin skins.
If desired, you can use more lemons instead of limes.
