Brown Butter Cream Cheese Dip
A rich brown butter and cream cheese dip for fruit or crackers.
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
In a saucepan, melt butter, and cook until brown. Add brown sugar, and stir until dissolved.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add vanilla and cinnamon, and mix well.
Add butter mixture, and mix well. Serve with crackers or fruit.
