Pumpkin Chiffon PieI am quite literally the Queen of Procrastination.

Here is my list of things to do before Robb returns from his business trip:

Clean the house.
Do the laundry.
Pay the bills.
Make dessert.

Well, one out of four ain’t bad, right?

Truth is, the only reason I got the dessert made is that it is no bake, and uses a pre-made graham cracker crust, so I threw the whole thing together in about 5 minutes.

No exaggeration.  FIVE MINUTES.  A 6-year old could make this recipe.

It’s definitely going on my list of fastest and easiest dessert recipes EVER.

I’ve always wanted to try making roast duck or something like that. Though I’d probably end up making roast chicken. But it’d be a GOOD roast chicken.

The hubby always wants a classic pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving…BUT for Chriestmas, I ‘d love to make your chiffon version. Perfect with a premade graham cracker crust…I ‘m going for easy 🙂

I feel your pain woman. After Christmas Week my house is trashed and I look like a zombie. But it’s so much fun to do this. I love this pie, it’s gorgeous. My dad would have loved this. Silky goodness.

Thanks so much for joining us for Christmas Week. xx

Thanks for the recipe! I’ll have to try it. I’m diabetic, but I could easily convert this into a sugar-free version by substituting sugar free pudding and whip cream. It sounds like it would be a keeper for the holidays. 🙂
