Total time
A peanut butter cookie swirled with dark chocolate chunks and marshmallow fluff.
Recipe type: Cookies
Serves: 3 dozen
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1⅓ cup flour
  • 2 oz. chopped dark chocolate
  • 3-4 oz. marshmallow fluff
  1. Cream together butter, sugars, and peanut butter.
  2. Add egg, vanilla, salt, and soda, and mix well.
  3. Add flour, and mix just until combined.
  4. Gently mix in chocolate pieces.
  5. Fold in marshmallow fluff, stirring just enough to see swirls in the dough.
  6. Drop large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet, and bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Let cookies sit on the baking sheet for an additional 3-4 minutes before removing.
I had a 7 oz. jar of marshmallow fluff, and I used about half of it. I didn't measure it before I threw it in, and hence the weird amount of 3-4 oz. in the ingredient list.
