Chocolate No-Bake Mini Cheesecakes
A very simple 3-Ingredient No-bake chocolate miniature cheesecake.

Serves: 4
  • 1 bar milk chocolate, 3-4 oz.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Ready-made miniature graham cracker pie crusts
  1. Chop chocolate into small pieces, and place in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted.
  2. Add cream cheese and mix until completely combined. Fold in whipped topping, stirring until no streaks remain.
  3. Place chocolate mixture into pie crusts, and chill 20-30 minutes before serving.
I used the Scharffen-Berger "Milk Nibby" 3 oz. bar, half of an 8 oz. tub of "extra creamy" Cool Whip topping, and Keebler ready-made mini crusts.
