A chocolate chip cookie in a shape perfect for dunking in milk.
Recipe type: Cookies
Serves: 3-4 dozen
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1½ cups brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
  • 6 oz. white chocolate chips
  1. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  2. Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
  3. Add chocolate and white chocolate chips, and mix just until evenly incorporated.
  4. Wrap dough tightly in plastic wrap and chill for 30-60 minutes.
  5. Place a large amount of dough onto a baking sheet and flatten using a rolling pin, if necessary. Dough should be about 5-6 inches wide, and can be as long as the baking sheet, and about ¼" thick.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes, until lightly browned.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then slice into sticks using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
